WINEMAKER

Prácser Miklós Junior has been the winemaker at Erzsébet Pince since 2008. He studied viticulture and winemaking at the University of Mosonmagyaróvár, and worked abroad in several countries (USA, Argentina, Holland). As a trained young winemaker Miklós never lost the respect for the great traditions of the region, but also has a progressive view on winemaking. His philosophy is the family’s philosophy about the profession: to make the best possible wines by paying close attention to terroir/single vineyards and make some outstanding single-vineyard dry wines, and also to make the best possible aszús when the vintage permits it.
